Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using EagleTreat Promotion Luxury Hospitality (the "Site") and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
2. Booking and Payments
All bookings made through EagleTreat Promotion are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been processed and a confirmation email has been sent.
- Payments must be made through our authorized payment channels.
- Prices are subject to change based on seasonal demand and local taxes.
- Guests are responsible for any additional charges incurred during their stay (e.g., extra meals, laundry).
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to check-in: Full refund minus processing fees.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days prior: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior: No refund.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the properties with respect. Any damage caused to the property or its contents during the stay will be charged to the guest. Additionally, guests must comply with the house rules of each specific villa, including noise regulations and occupancy limits.
5. Limitation of Liability
EagleTreat Promotion acts as a facilitator between property owners and guests. While we verify all properties, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during your stay, nor for any service disruptions caused by external factors (e.g., power outages, weather).
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
